Retrieving old Tegrity recordings

NO VIDEO IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS TOPIC.

Retrieving Tegrity recordings from an old course is a separate process from Blackboard (i.e. Restoring your old Blackboard course into a new one does not automatically copy over your Tegrity recordings).

If you are looking to re-use a Tegrity recording you created in a previous semester, here is how you can do the same:

  • Go to the Tegrity Server
  • Log in using your SSO credentials
  • Locate the previous semester course whose recordings you want to copy - If you cannot locate the course, stop and email the Tegrity team at tegrity@umkc.edu (You will need to include your Course Name and Semester)
  • Once you have located your course, click on it - You should now see your old recordings.
  • Copy the recordings to your new course
