International Academic Programs (IAP) serves as a resource for students who are
interested in adding international experiences to their education. IAP helps connect
students, faculty and staff to organizations and resources that enhance the UMKC
educational experience, including study abroad, nationally competitive fellowships
and international opportunities in the Kansas City metropolitan community. Currently,
UMKC has study abroad programs with schools in Australia, Austria, Belgium, China,
the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland,
Italy, Lithuania, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Scotland,
South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and many more.
