Please fill out the following data to reserve an IS-managed computer lab for a class. 
Remember, the Health Sciences Building room 3304 computer lab can only be reserved for conducting a computer-based class.  This site can't be reserved for ongoing, weekly classes.  Please send email to the UMKC IS LMO mailing list if you have any questions or problems.

Note: You must be on-site for the entire duration of your reservation.
