Reporting Problem Email via Outlook Web Access

To report spam via Outlook Web Access (Faculty/Staff only)

  1. Right-Click on the bad mail, and select 'Move to Folder'
  2. Scroll down the list to 'Public Folders'
  3. Expand Public Folders -> Kansas City -> Spam Reports
  4. Click on the Spam Reports folder and click Move
Please note that you will not be able to see messages once they are moved to the spam reporting folder.  If you accidentally move something to the Spam Reports folder, please email abuse@umkc.edu so that we can return the message to you.
