Reporting Problem Email via Microsoft Outlook Web Interface

Many different email tools can access email stored on the University's Microsoft Exchange servers.  One of these tools is the web-based Outlook client that at UMKC uses the address http://www.umkc.edu/exchange/ .

At this time the Outlook Web Access does not expose or forward the header information required to trace the origin of a note.

To display or forward the header information, please retain the original note in the Exchange "inbox".  Then use one of the other email clients listed in: "Reporting Problem E-mail"

Netscape Communicator, Internet Explorer, and other web browsers can capture headers when used as IMAP clients as illustrated in "Reporting Problem E-mail"
