University Center Installation Project
December 2006
- CTS installed High Definition Televisions that provide feeds from
satellite communication for signage and MTV. Throughout the center
current information can be viewed from various locations. |

Swinney Installation Project
April 2007 -
CTS installed High Definition Televisions with wireless transmitters set
to various frequencies. While utilizing the equipment for a
workout any FM receiver can be tuned to the televisions frequency to
view and listen to the channel on the television.

Meeting Manager Integration
May 2007
- This project started in the latter part of October 2006 and by May 25,
2007 a total of 60 ILE classrooms were incorporated in the ILE
monitoring system. This is an on-going project that will keep growing as
CTS installs and/or upgrades more classrooms in the future.

HSB ILE Installation Project
June 2007
- CTS
installed (5) five full ILE classrooms; 3301, 3428, 4301, 4308, and
5309. Classrooms 3301 and 4301 were expanded to include ITV technology
for utilization of Polycom technology. This is a long distance education
platform that enables live instructions to multiple locations by (1) one
instructor. This project incorporated the installation of (5) partial
ILE classrooms. These partial rooms will be evaluated for upgrades to
full ILE capability in the future. |

Union Station Installation Project
December 2007
- Installation was completed during mid November, 2007, and the final
improvements were completed during December 2007. The project
requirements were to provide the capability to combine two conference
rooms into one fully functional ILE classroom, or to utilize two
separate rooms via one ILE system controller. |

LS Room 2-101 Installation
December
2007
- During Christmas break is the planned time for the installation of
room 2-101 to a full ILE classroom. |

Tegrity Pilot
December 2007

During Christmas break is the planned time for this upgrade.
Completion of this project will provide for a greater number of students
Tegrity communication in the classroom. |

Medical School ILE Classroom Renovation
Year 2008
- The ILE upgrades for Medical Theater A/B/C is planned for fiscal Year
2008. This renovation will upgrade the ILE system devices which will
improve the overall ILE experience for the Student and Instructor,
enhance network access and internet capability.
