Audio Visual Setup Requests

So we can better support your audio visual needs, a 24 hour period is advised to support all requests.  You will be contacted by the CTS Staff to verify the particulars of your request.  Each request needs the following information:

  1. Your Name.
  2. Type of AV Setup needed.
  3. Contact Telephone Number.
  4. Date/Time/Location of AV Delivery.
