Classroom Technology Services Training

So the CTS staff we can better support your training needs, a 24 hour period is advised to alleviate a scheduling conflict.  You will be contacted by the CTS Staff to verify the particulars of your request.  Please include the following information:

1. Your Name.
2. Type of Training.
3. Contact Telephone Number.
4. Date/Time/Location of Training Session.

• Option one is to contact the Call Center at phone number is (816) 235-2000. Hours of operation are from Monday-Thursday (7am-7pm), and Friday (7am-5pm). 
• Option two is to contact CTS by sending an email via ILEsupport@umkc.edu. Hours of operation are from Monday-Thursday (7am-7pm), and Friday (7am-5pm). A technician will handle your request as soon as possible.
• Option three is to contact CTS by utilizing the Training On-Line Request form.
