If there is a Student Assistant on duty in your current lab, please ask them for assistance first.

  • Rebooting a machine can solve many problems.  Please reboot the machine and try again before sending in this form.
  • If the problem persists, please fill out the following form.  Information Services staff will work as quickly as possible to respond to your needs.
  • Please note that the Lab Supervisors, as well as the Student Assistants, are not authorized, trained, or responsible for fixing technical problems in the labs.
