A: If your voicemail box is assigned to your email account, your password can be reset online. Please visit www.umkc.edu/unity for instructions.

A: The current limits on voicemail are set to 15 Mb, which correlates to approximately 100 minutes of voicemails. Please delete voicemail that are no longer needed to free up room.
|Q: How do I transfer a call directly
A: Ask the caller to hold.
1. Press "Transfer" (display phone) or "Tap" (tap phone).
2. Dial 5000.
3. Press #, and then dial the mailbox number, #, and 2.
4. Press "Transfer" (display) or hang up (tap) to finish the transfer.
