Networking & Telecommunications Security Policy 

1) Equipment room doors will be shut and locked at all times
2) Keys will be kept locked in key box and signed out per use
3) Keys will be on the person at all times
4) Keys will not be lost
5) Test equipment will be kept in a locked desk or cabinet when not in use
6) Test equipment will not be left unattended in the field
7) Vehicles will be kept locked
8) Valuables will not be stored in vehicles
9) Tools will be kept stored in secure place
10)  Passwords will be protected
11)  All visitors will sign access log
12) Telecommunications closet doors will be shut and secured upon completion of work
