Mac Remote Application Connection Instructions
Remote application connections function exactly the same as remote lab connections on a Mac due to the Mac version of the remote desktop client. In other words, connecting to a remote application on a Mac will log you onto the server (just like a remote lab connection) and you will have to manually run the application from the start menu.
