• Macintosh Support - Common support topics related to using Macintosh (Apple) computers on the UMKC network.
• UMKC Personal Computer Purchasing - Information on purchasing a personal computer for home.
• UMKC Institutional Purchasing - Information on purchasing computers and peripherals for your office (for UMKC staff and faculty only).

	Software

Available Software

• Academically Priced Software - Many software titles can be purchased through the UMKC Bookstore.
• Special One-time Academic Pricing - Windows Vista Business, Office, and select Adobe products are available through Columbia's bookstore.
• Adobe Licensed Software - UMKC receives deeply discounted pricing on all Adobe titles for Staff/Faculty.
• Microsoft Departmental Software - Special Microsoft pricing is available for Staff/Faculty of UMKC.
• Miscellaneous Software - Other titles, such as Apple Leopard OSX 10.5, AutoCAD, ChemOffice, and ESRI are available at reduced prices.
• RooTools - RooTools is a collection of software and instruction sets designed to assist UMKC students, faculty and staff in connecting to UMKC resources, communicating with each other and protecting their personal computers.
• Site-Licensed Software - Information Services has site-licensed EndNote, Maple, SAS, and SPSS  for use by full-time faculty or staff, and students in the Student Computing Labs.
