Support - Common support topics related to using Macintosh (Apple)
computers on the UMKC network.

UMKC Personal Computer Purchasing (UMKC Single Sign-On logon required) - Information on purchasing a personal
computer for home.

UMKC Institutional Purchasing (UMKC Single Sign-On logon required) - Information on purchasing computers and
peripherals for your office (for UMKC staff and faculty only).

Mobile Computing Devices - For purchasing information on
university-owned and supported Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) and cell
phones, UMKC departments should contact IS Networking and Telecommunications
at x2663. Technical support for PDAs and other mobile devices is available
by contacting either the UMKC IS Call Center at (x2000), IS Networking and
Telecommunication (x2663) or your IT Liaison. Configuration information for
Windows Mobile
(recommended) and numerous other wireless devices can be
found in the UMKC Knowledgebase.
Support is limited to getting the device connected to the wireless network
and synchronized to UMKC's email.
