The RooTools software set, as distributed via UMKC, is for use only by UMKC faculty, staff, and students. Use of the software is subject to each accompanying license agreement and to the RooTools Terms of Use set forth below. It is a violation of copyright laws to distribute the software outside this audience.

Warranty: UMKC Information Services makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the software products, and specifically makes no warranty that the products shall be fit for any particular purpose. Furthermore, any description of the products shall not be deemed to create an express warranty that such products shall conform to the description.

Disclaimer: The End-User assumes all risk and liability for loss, damage, claims or expense resulting from use of any software products furnished by UMKC Information Services.

Indemnification: The End-User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Curators of the University of Missouri, its officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, liability, loss, damage or expense, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from or by reason of the End-User's use or possession with respect to any of the software products furnished by UMKC Information Services, and such obligation shall survive acceptance of the products by the End-User.

Acceptance: Use of the software products by the End-User constitutes endorsement and acceptance of the RooTools Terms of Use.
