Scan sheets for course examinations are available at the UMKC Call Center. To order, please use the Scan Sheet Order Form and either fax or mail it to the Call Center. Complete instructions are provided on the form itself.

Scanning of the completed sheets is done by Central Systems' Operational Support Office, housed in room 004 of Cockefair Hall.
