If you do not know your computer name, locate the My Computer icon on your desktop or Start menu.  Right click, select Properties.  Select the Computer Name tab.  Your computer's name should be in the form KC-deptname-letters&numbers.

Computers not running Windows will require manual installation.  You will be contacted to make arrangements.
