TRAVEL and other compliance requirements for NSEERS registrants (Fall 2007 information) NSEERS (National Security Entry Exit Registration System) imposes on NSEERS registrants a number of extraordinary requirements and restrictions that relate especially to travel. However, changing of address, school or employer also require extra steps and compliance. How do you know whether you are a NSEERS Registrant? You will have been informed of this at your Port Of Entry into the United States. One reminder is that a FIN (Finger Indentification Number) was written on your I-94 card.
