If you would like to request assistance with transportation and/or temporary housing,
please complete this web process at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival in the United States.

Pick-Up from airport, train or bus station
	I do not need a Pick-Up by a volunteer for the International Student Affairs Office upon my arrival in Kansas City.
	I request Pick-Up by a volunteer for the International Student Affairs Office at the Kansas City Airport or at the train or bus station where I will arrive in Kansas City. Please note: Every effort will be made to have a volunteer pick you up in Kansas City. If a volunteer is available, you will receive an email from your volunteer with more information. However, should a volunteer be unavailable, please make sure to have enough United States dollars (USD) to take a cab to your destination once in Kansas City. Temporary Housing
	I do not need assistance in finding temporary housing in Kansas City. I have already made housing arrangements.
	I would like assistance in finding temporary housing when I arrive in Kansas City. Please note: Every effort will be made to assist in finding temporary housing. If a volunteer is available to assist with temporary housing, you will receive an email from your volunteer with more information. However, should a volunteer be unavailable for temporary housing, please make arrangements to stay at a local hotel. For more information, please read our Pre-Departure Information.
