To reserve a time to use either our conference room or lounge area/reading room, please call Maria Williams at (816) 235-1652.

Use of the facilities should be requested at least one week in advance. Reservations are subject to staffing availability and previously scheduled events.

Our conference room can accommodate 12 individuals comfortably. The lounge/reading room can handle 20-25.

The Center's staff should be notified in advance if any significant catering is to be used.

All food and drink should be cleared with the Center.

Any use of alcoholic beverages must be done with the permission of the appropriate University officials. Please allow at least 3 weeks for processing.

Due to fire-safety standards, use of candles or items with open flames are prohibited.

On-campus parking is designated. Please do not park in a Student/Faculty marked lot or you will be ticketed. There is a metered lot at 53rd and Holmes, one block southwest of the Center. The Women's Center/LGBT Office cannot be responsible for any tickets issued for violations nor for any damage to vehicles in campus lots.

Our center is handicap accessible off the 52nd Street entrance and a handicap parking lot is available there.
