Question: Why is my name not in the Faculty/Staff Lookup?
Answer: Please contact your HR Facilitator to complete a PAF. The faculty/staff lookup pulls information from the
Human Resources database every morning.
Question: My faculty/staff listing shows an incorrect department, title, phone, email or address, how do I
correct this information?
Answer: Please contact your HR Facilitator to update your PAF with the correct information.
Question: I am a student and my name is not listed, has incorrect information or I do not want it to appear online, how
can I make a change?
Answer: Please contact the Registrar's office.
Question: Why do some of the departments listed in the Faculty/Staff by Department lookup have no entries?
Answer: We display all of the departments stored in the Human Resources Peoplesoft database. This allows everyone
to see all of the current active departments.
