Fall Break

Beginning on Monday 21 NOV the MindBody Connection will be closed. Regular hours will resume on 28 NOV 2011. Have a wonderful & safe Fall Break!

The MindBody Connection has moved to a temporary location

Effective October 3, 20011 the MindBody Connection will be temporarily located in the Student Union Room 327. This is a limited space so our services will be curtailed for the next approximate 18 months. The Massage Chair and HeartMath will be available in this temporary location.

The MindBody Connection is a collaboration of the UMKC Counseling Center and Student Health and Wellness. The mission of the MindBody Connection is to provide a space where students can learn skills to manage academic and personal stressors.

Furthermore, The MindBody Connection enhances student development and academic success by helping students:

• Identify and capitalize on their personal strength
• Learn and implement new skills
• Access relevant campus and community resources
