Marr Archives preserve historic 'Day of Infamy' audio

Voices of World War II: Experiences From the Front and at Home

The Marr Sound Archives, housed in the Miller Nichols Library at UMKC, features an extensive collection of historical audio, video and print materials associated with World War II and the attack at Pearl Harbor on Dec. 7, 1941. The collection features everything from the original news reporting of the attack to President Franklin Delano Roosevelt's 'Day of Infamy' address to the U.S. Congress and the American public.
