GRADUATION APPLICATION INFORMATION


Applying for Graduation

 Complete the Application for Graduation form during the last semester of your program.

You must apply for graduation in order to receive your degree even if you do not plan to attend the graduation ceremony.

 

Directions: 

Please note that graduation applications are to be sent to Gail Schartel, Certification Manager at the UMKC School of Education.

Gail Schartel will sign the "Department Signature" line on the graduation application form for the UMKC School of Education. 

       You may fax your graduation application to Gail's attention at (816) 235-6544.
