Meal plans and your UMKC One Card

All meal plan options will be accessed from the UMKC One Card at campus dining locations:

  • Union Cafeteria (Atterbury Student Success Center)
  • Chick-fil-A (Student Union)
  • Baja Fresh (Student Union)
  • Subconnection (Student Union)
  • Jazzman's Cafe & Bakery (Student Union)
  • Robot Cafe (Miller Nichols Library)
  • HSB Cafe (Health Sciences Bldg)
  • Einstein Bros. Bagels (Royall Hall)
  • UMKC Cafe (Atterbury Student Success Center)
  • Smart Market (Oak Street Hall Basement)

 

Meal plan options per semester

  • Resident Plans - Required for students living in either Oak Street Hall or Johnson Hall and are part of the residence hall contract.  Call (816) 235-8840 if you have questions.
    • 12 meals per week with $175.00 in flex dollars
    • 15 meals per week with $125.00 in flex dollars
    • Block 360 Plan - 180 meals per semester with $175.00 in flex dollars
    • Block 320 Plan - 160 meals per semester with $200.00 in flex dollars
    • Block 280 Plan - 140 meals per semester with $300.00 in flex dollars
  • Commuter Plans - Available to all students not living in the Residence Halls and can be purchased in the One Card Office.  Call (816) 235-6657 if you have questions.
    • Best Value Plan - 50 meals per semester.
              Price:  $300.00 + Tax
    • Occasional Diner Plan - 25 meals per semester with $150.00 in flex dollars.
              Price:  $330.00 + Tax
  • Faculty/Staff Plans - Available only to employees with a Faculty/Staff designation on their One Card and can be purchased in the One Card Office.  Call (816) 235-6657 if you have questions.
    • 5 meals - $25.00 + Tax
    • 10 meals - $45.00 + Tax
    • 25 meals - $110.00 + Tax

     Meals - represents the number of entries into the all-you-care-to-eat & drink cafeteria located in the Student Success Center.

     Flex Dollars - can be spent at all dining locations on campus.
