Unless otherwise indicated, the sights and sounds of Club Kaycee are provided by the Club's primary sponsor, the Miller Nichols Library at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Invaluable technical assistance and support has been provided by kansascity.com and The Kansas City Star. The Kansas City Museum has provided many rare and delightful images.

Club Kaycee is the brainchild of Arthur Brisbane, Editor and Vice-President, The Kansas City Star, and Chuck Haddix, Sound Recording Specialist at the Marr Sound Archives at Miller Nichols Library. Haddix researched and authored the Club's text.

Laura Gayle Green, Music/Media Librarian at UMKC, and Susan Slagle, former Interim Development Manager for the University Libraries at UMKC, managed the project from its inception. Club Kaycee is currently managed and maintained by Robert Ray, Special Collections Librarian, and Marilyn Carbonell, Assistant Director for Collection Development.

Club Kaycee is dedicated with fond memories to Dave E. Dexter, Jr., the first to write about and celebrate "Kaycee" jazz, and to "Uncle" Milton Morris, who kept the flame burning for the next generation of jazz lovers.

Scott Middleton digitized sounds and images for the Club.

The original Club Kaycee design and site construction was accomplished by John LaRoe, who wishes to gratefully acknowledge that
