Orientation dates are listed in the yellow resources box on the right hand side. Please note that some academic units only will be available on specific orientation dates.

Orientation Times
All Freshmen Orientation sessions
Check-in begins at 7:30am, program lasts from 8am-4pm
Transfer Orientation - June 19
Check-in begins at 1:30pm, program lasts from 2pm-7pm
Transfer Orientation - August 2
Check-in begins at 7:30am, program lasts from 8am-4pm
Cost
Student Orientation fee - $45
Guest Orientation fee - $25 per guest
Registration fees include continental breakfast, lunch, parking,
student t-shirt, and administrative fees. Registration fees will be placed
on the student account in Pathway after Orientation, so there is no charge
up front.
Orientation fees are non-refundable.
If you have any changes to your registration, please submit your
change in writing to our coordinator at
umkcorientation@umkc.edu or
call 816-235-1205 Changes must be submitted 5 business days in advance, or
you will be charged.
