We welcome Dr. Steve Robbins, Dr. Wes Habley and Mr. Charles Ramos to the University of Missouri—Kansas City and we look forward to hearing about their work at ACT, Inc. focusing on student success. These presentations are a follow up to our Student Success Retreat held last March and to the work the academic units have been doing on their academic unit specific enrollment management and student retention strategic plans.
ACT, Inc. is an independent, not-for-profit organization that provides a broad array of assessment, research and information for education, including the ACT college entrance exam.

Charles Ramos presently serves as the Director of P-16/ Outreach Services for ACT. The focus of his work has been in areas of enrollment management, advising and assessment and their ties to effective P-16 state, regional and national initiatives.
