The Board of Directors approved the following operational motions at their monthly meeting, February 5, 2003:

1. Information requested about a member of the UMKC Retirees Association will not be released by the Association without the permission from the member.

2. Email addresses may be posted on the UMKC Retirees Association Website with written permission of the member.
