Spin and Sculpt*
Although containing a large element of spinning in the first half of each class, Spin and Sculpt finishes with upper body strength training and abdominal work. In spinning classes, the intensity of the workout is influenced by a few things, including cadence (pedal rate); resistance of the flywheel, which can be adjusted throughout class to make pedaling easier or more difficult; and by the rider's body position, as they either pedal from a seated position or rise from the saddle. All levels are welcome.

Time is of the essence. End your day with 15 minutes of high intensity core work using BOSU and stability balls.
