A massage therapist's skilled touch can have profound effects on your physical, mental and emotional well-being. Massage can reduce stress, relieve chronic muscular tension, reduce insomnia, improve circulation and boost immune function. Each massage is customized to your specific needs using a variety of modalities including Swedish, active isolated stretching (AIS), Esalen, trigger point, deep tissue and sports massage.

Medical reasons for massage include pain relief, soreness, stiffness, injury rehabilitation, migraines and general well-being.
