Nominations Deadlines

The Staff Award Nominations deadline for 2009 is November 30, 2009.

General Information

The Staff Awards are undergoing significant changes again this year in an attempt, lead by Provost Gail Hackett, to create more parity between staff and faculty awards, and to consolidate the previously separate awards recognition events into one grand event. Read more about it on the new Faculty and Staff Awards website.

There are two new Staff Awards this year, bringing the total to five:

• Human Resources Campus Collaboration Staff Award
• Chancellor's Education First Staff Award
• Chancellor's True Unsung Hero Staff Award
• Staff Council Governing Board Award
• Student Affairs' Student Mentor Staff Award

Process for Nominations

The process for nominations for Staff Awards is still managed by Staff Council's Staff Appreciation Committee. The Staff Award Nomination Form may be completed and submitted online, or printed and mailed to Jara Stewart, Office Support Staff IV, A&S Continuing Education, 5300 Rockhill Road, Kansas City, MO, 64110.
