Eric Gapsch Eric joined Creative Services in 2006. He has several years of experience as a freelance and in-house print designer and as a custom screen print and embroidery production artist and designer. Eric’s areas of expertise include: concept development, illustration and
typography. He earned a B.F.A. in painting and graphic design with minors in art history and marketing from the University of Tulsa. |

Gordon Sarah’s main areas of expertise include: color palettes, photo direction, marketing, project management and creative problem solving for clients. She received a B.F.A. in visual communication from Truman State University, Kirksville, Mo. She has been honored with several awards from CASE. |

Kara Petrovic Kara joined UMKC in 2007 after a year and a half in the magazine industry. Before joining UMKC, Kara worked in nonprofit as the editorial associate for VFW magazine in Kansas City, Mo. Kara has also worked in public relations as a freelance writer. Kara's areas of expertise include: news and feature writing, copy editing and project management. She earned her B.S. degree in journalism from Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Mo. |

Anastasia Spartan Anastasia joined Creative Services in January 2008, and has worked in the print service industry for more than nine years. Anastasia earned a bachelor’s degree in communication theory and human relations from Park University in 2007, as well as an associate’s degree in marketing and mid-management from Kansas City, Kan., Community College in 2003. |

Barbara Wells Barbara joined UMKC in 1984. She worked in Procurement for 13 years before joining the University Communications department in 1997. Barbara's areas
