How we work
No matter where you are at in your project, University Communications experts can help guide you to the best solution.
Plan
We work to understand your goal, audience, approval-process, budget and timeframe. We discuss quantities and distribution, and provide you with an initial estimate on production costs. Our planning, conception, writing and designing services are provided at no cost to you. We also make recommendations on which channels meet your communication needs.
Concept
Next, we take the information from above and develop concepts for you to review and choose from.
Design
We take the initial concept and develop it into a full-fledged communication piece. Whether your needs include a single medium or multiple media, we ensure your entire package reflects the tone you want to convey.
Review and Approval
We provide you with an opportunity to review the finished product and make adjustments if necessary. Once we receive your final approval, we ask you to confirm in writing the quantity and your acceptance of the work.
Implementation
Finally, we work with our vendors to make sure your end product meets expectations.
