These are normally multi-page, content-heavy pieces used to inform and/or recruit. They could go to prospective students, alumni, donors, and/or community members.

  1. Define your target audience

    Who, specifically, are you appealing to, and who do you want to take notice? Be as specific as possible. Include information such as age, gender, geographic considerations, etc.

  2. Determine your budget

    This will determine the size and frequency of the newsletter or magazine.

  3. Contact us

    Search the University Communication Team list and contact your project manager to set up a meeting to discuss your project.
