Institutionally Supported Fellowship and Award CompetitionsThe School of Graduate Studies administers a number of annual competitions for graduate fellowships. Fellowship stipends vary from $600 to $15,000. Some include remission of portions of the graduate education fees and all include remission of non-resident fees, if applicable. Detailed information and application forms are available from the School of Graduate Studies office. Applications normally are due in the early spring (February and March) for fellowships to be awarded for the following academic year. Application deadlines, eligibility and selection criteria, and PDF versions of the application forms are posted on the School of Graduate Studies Web site: http://www.umkc.edu/sgs.
