The School recommends that applicants who wish to be enrolled for the summer or fall semesters apply for admission and have all application materials sent by Feb. 1. Applicants who wish to enroll for the spring semester should have all application materials sent by Sept. 1. Applications received after that date may or may not be reviewed depending on available space. Nurse practitioner and clinical nurse specialist applicants (with the exception of the pediatric nurse practitioner program option) wanting full-time study must begin in a summer semester. Once admitted, all official University communication is conducted via UMKC e-mail.
