5535 Aqueous Geochemistry (3)

This course is directed to two objectives. First it will equip the students with a basic understanding of the geochemical principles and calculations which are directly related to environmental problems and second, it will provide the student with a basic understanding of specific problem areas in environmental geochemistry. Prerequisites: Chem 211 and 212 or equivalents. Baccalaureate degree in geology or permission of the instructor. Offered: On demand.
