5531 Human Behavior: Families, Groups, Organizations, And Communities (3) This theory course applies social work's ecosystemic framework to the understanding of human behavior in families, groups, organizations, and communities. Knowledge and applied theories and paradigms are examined that honor social justice, human diversity, strenghts/assets, and community-building to enhance effective social work practice. Prerequisite: SW 5530
