This is an advanced management course in the nonprofit management emphasis. Following review of the legal and economic uniqueness of private, nonprofit organizations, the course helps students develop a strategic management framework and apply the key concepts to the management of nonprofit organizations. Recommended prerequisites: PA 495 and PA 548.
