4040 Introduction To Research And Instruction (1-2) Introduction to research and instruction. The student will be introduced to the idea of scientific inquiry and the research process, in particular as it relates to securing content for teaching. Students will evaluate the usefulness of various databases as well as conduct productive database literature searches. Instructional topics will focus on current technologies such as: production of electronic presentations and handout materials, exporting images for inclusion in print and electronic educational presentation, and development of presentation skills to effectively conduct an educational session.
