5583 Supervision In Early Childhood Education (3) The purpose of this course is to study the process of effective supervision of staff in the diverse contexts of early childhood education. This course is designed to prepare students to supervise teachers, staff, paraeducators, or volunteers in early childhood education programs. Students will explore theories of adult development, the supervision process, professional development, and the evaluation process.
