Program evaluation is an applied research area that focuses on providing
summative and formative data about the progress of an organization or program.
This doctoral seminar will focus on learning to identify the goals, objectives
and assumptions inherent in a program, and on designing a methodology to assess
progress towards the goals. All students will develop a comprehensive
evaluation plan for a program of their choice. Prerequisites: EDRP 5505, EDRP
5522, and EDRP 5508 or EDRP 5608.
