5508 Evaluation Of Abilities & Achievement In Special Education (3)
This is a foundations course in the master's degree sequence in special
education of children and youth with mild/moderate disabilities. The purpose of
this course is to provide understanding and practice in formal and informal
evaluation. This course is applicable to candidates who plan to work either
directly (special educators) or indirectly (special education administrators)
with students with exceptional learning needs and to engage in critical
analysis of assessment issues confronting the field of special education.
Prerequisites: Intro to MM/CC Disabilities & Methods of Teaching Students with
MM/CC Disabilities
