8714 Gender And Justice (2-3) Students will examine and discuss legal issues of special importance to women. Topics will include (among others) sexual discrimination, sexual harassment, domestic violence, reproductive autonomy, and pornography. The course seeks to present each topic in its social context by supplementing legal readings with materials drawn from the social sciences, literature, and film. Paper required. Enrollment limited to fifteen students. Recommended: Constitutional Law I.
