Continuing Education UnitThe continuing education unit has been established nationally as a measure of participation in continuing education activities.Numerous professional societies and official licensing agencies welcome the CEU as a ready means of determining the extent to which people have fulfilled requirements for periodic continuing education study. The determination of whether CEUs will be awarded for a particular program is made by the UMKC academic unit that is responsible for the program content. Inquiry about the availability of CEU activities may be directed to the appropriate program office.
