Services provided by the Registration and Records Office include the following:
  • Preparation of the schedule of classes.
  • Registration for students in all UMKC academic units.
  • Administration of degree processing.
  • Monitoring of undergraduate and graduate student academic probation.
  • Maintenance of all official permanent student records.
  • Issuance of class lists, grade rolls, transcripts and enrollment reports.

Veterans Affairs

The Veterans Certifying Official in Registration and Records must be contacted for certification of enrollment for the Department of Veterans Affairs and should be notified of changes in enrollment. Failure to do so can result in overpayments or the failure to receive benefits. It is the responsibility of the students to contact this office for services or information.
