Repeated CoursesWhen students repeat courses, the hours and grades for the first attempt remain in their GPA calculations. After graduation, if a student repeats a course that was part of a degree earned at UMKC, it will not affect the GPA as of the date of graduation. The appropriate school or College section of the catalog should be consulted on the specific rules for course repeats.
