326 Modern And Contemporary Irish Literature (3) This course examines a range of texts written by Irish-born writers from the end of the nineteenth century on. While it is likely the course will include texts by the most famous Irish writers, such as Yeats, Joyce, Beckett, O'Brien, Heaney, and Friel, course materials will vary from semester to semester and may focus on a specific genre, historical period, or area of interest.
