344WI Women & Literary Culture: Genre Focus (3) A study of women writers that focuses on genre, i.e., texts that share a common set of conventions. The course will explore the conventions associated with a particular genre in various historical periods and consider the ways in which gender and genre intersect in shaping texts and their interpretation.
