499 Senior Tutorial (3) A three-hour comprehensive reading and research tutorial (to be taken during the student's final semester) leading to the writing of a senior paper. A requirement for all English majors. For regular English majors and those with an emphasis in secondary education, the paper will be a critical or scholarly study of 20-25 pages. For journalism and creative writing students, the paper will be a creative writing project of similar length. Prerequisite: Students must have completed all core requirements before enrolling in this course. Each semester.
